You cancel a Squarespace website subscription online from the Billing panel: open Subscriptions, click your plan, and choose 'Cancel subscription'. Annual website plans get a full automatic refund only if you cancel within 14 days of the first payment — after that there are no refunds, and monthly plans and renewal payments are never refundable. Monthly plans stay live until the end of the billing cycle; annual plans cancel right away unless you choose to keep access through the cycle.
